Terms BOCKHOLMEN SEA LODGE
* The guest receives written confirmation/invoice at time of booking on the E -mail.
* Passage code is announced at arrival.
* Check in from 15.00 day of arrival until 11.00 am the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.
* Cleaning, bed linen and towels are not provided.
When is the reservation is confirmed?
The lease becomes binding as soon as the booking confirmation and registration fee (or all the rent) is paid.
Terms of Payment:
Booking earlier than 60 days before arrival will be charged 20% of the total amount of the registration fee , the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Booking more than 30 days before arrival, the full rental amount is due 10 days prior to arrival at the latest prior to the arrival date.
The registration fee is payable 10 days after we sent confirmation/invoice given by email.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival fee is 20 % of the booked amount.
Canceled or changed booking later than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
What are my rights ?
If the landlord fails to provide housing in the promised condition and at the right time, then you have the right to terminate the lease. Instead of canceling the lease, you can request a rent reduction. There are complaints in writing to us as soon as possible preferably within 3 days from date of receipt. Errors that occur during your stay should be notified immediately so that the landlord can correct it within 24 hours.
What are my obligations ?
Tenant (the guest) must cherish the house and follow the rules, instructions and regulations. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property and its contents caused by the guest or the guest’s company negligence . Guest may not use the house for anything other than what was agreed upon booking ( usually recreation ) and the guest must not allow more people to stay in the house than what was stated on booking. The guest must clean properly before departure. If cleaning is neglected the landlord has the right to claim SEK 2 000 cleaning fee.
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
