The lease becomes binding as soon as the booking confirmation and registration fee (or all the rent) is paid.

Terms of Payment:

Booking earlier than 60 days before arrival will be charged 20% of the total amount of the registration fee, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Booking more than 30 days before arrival, the full rental amount is due 10 days prior to arrival at the latest prior to the arrival date.
The registration fee is payable 10 days after we sent confirmation by email. We offer secure credit card payments with PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival fee is 20% of the booked amount.
Canceled or changed booking later than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
