Klädesholmen
The small island in the sea, with white houses on the barren rock. A long sheltered bay has created a natural harbor from the sometimes strong westerly winds from the roaring sea. Klädesholmen is actually several islands: the south is Klädesholmen with the oldest buildings north of it lies Koholmen and Bockholmen. Klädesholmen is best known for its herring, it houses several excellent restaurants and cafes. In 1995 the restaurant Salt & Sill opened at Mossholmen Marina close to Bockholmen Sea Lodge. The restaurant Kylen is also well worth a visit with its beautiful location on the harbor.
